Minoc, the City of Sacrifice, smells of coal smoke and honest work — a mining town where miners and blacksmiths outnumber everyone else.

The forge and the bank sit close together — the classic mine-smelt-bank loop is shorter here than anywhere else in the realm.

  • The Minoc mines (around 2450–2650 × 350–600, with the main dig area near (2560, 540)) are the most famous mining grounds in Britannia.
  • Forest to the south for lumberjacking.

Who should come here

Miners and smiths, first and foremost. If you are training Mining or Blacksmithy, Minoc is your home base: mountainside, forge, smith vendors, and bank in a tight loop. Tinkers also start well here (tools and ingots on hand). Nearby Vesper handles anything Minoc’s small vendor roster lacks.
